We may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide as described in this Privacy Policy: (1) to our subsidiaries and affiliates; (2) to contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business; (3) to a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Genuine Dating’s assets and any preliminary negotiations and diligence thereto, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by Genuine Dating about our Service users is among the assets transferred; (4) to fulfill the purpose for which you provide it; (5) to other users of our platform; (6) for any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information; or (7) with your consent.

We will send you strictly service or product-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. Generally, you may not opt-out of these communications, which are not promotional in nature.

We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Website or App.

If you delete your User Contributions from the Service, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or might have been copied or stored by other Service users.
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to complete the transaction for which it was provided.
